Company name, VAT ID, addresses, banking, SOC 2 status, sub-processors, insurance limits. Or upload a security overview PDF and let Portalfill parse it.

Open any portal
Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Vanta trust page forms, Google Docs questionnaires, custom vendor forms. Portalfill reads the form structure locally.

Portalfill sends only the field labels to our backend. Claude Haiku maps each field to your profile. Values are written into the form. You review and submit.
Privacy stance
- Your profile lives in your browser via Chrome sync storage. We never store it server-side.
- Only field labels and profile values you choose to send touch our backend, and only at fill time.
