Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Portalfill collects three categories of data:

Vendor profile that you enter in the extension options page (company name, address, VAT ID, banking, security posture, insurance, and free-form notes). This is stored in Chrome sync storage on your devices. We do not store your profile on our servers.
Form fill requests, which contain the field labels of the current page and the profile values needed to fill them. These are sent to our backend at fill time, processed by Anthropic Claude Haiku, and discarded. We do not persist request bodies.
Subscription state. If you upgrade, Stripe holds your Customer ID and payment method. We store nothing about you server-side beyond what Stripe holds.

2. What we do not do

We do not train any model on your data. Our LLM provider (Anthropic) does not train on API traffic by default and we do not opt in.
We do not sell data.
We do not run analytics or third-party trackers on the extension surfaces.

3. Sub-processors

Anthropic PBC (LLM inference). US and EU regions. Data retained only as long as needed to serve the request.
Cloudflare Inc (edge hosting and Pages Functions). Global edge, no persistent storage of request bodies.
Stripe Inc (payment processing). Only touches your data if you upgrade.
Resend Inc (transactional email for waitlist confirmations).

4. Data residency

Cloudflare edge routes to the nearest region. LLM calls hit Anthropic US or EU endpoints depending on availability. Stripe stores billing data per its policies.

5. Retention

Profile data lives in your browser until you delete it. Subscription data lives in Stripe until you cancel and Stripe applies its retention schedule. LLM request/response bodies are not persisted by Portalfill.

6. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data, and to object to processing. Because Portalfill stores your profile locally, deletion is one click in the extension options page (Save an empty profile, or uninstall the extension). For subscription data, email matt@yourevenings.io and we will action any request within 30 days.

7. One-click delete

Open the extension options page, click the delete-profile action, or simply uninstall the extension. Both remove all locally stored profile data. To delete subscription state, cancel in Stripe and email us.

8. Cookies

Portalfill uses no cookies on its extension surfaces. The marketing site uses no third-party cookies. If we add analytics later we will update this policy.
